nanoICE

This is an animated video we produced for nanoICE for their presentation at the Clinton Global Initiative. NanoICE is a molecular ice product that can keep seafood, vegatables and meats fresh for up to two weeks. With nanoICE, size matters as the ice particles are molecular in size and as such, completely cover every surface area of the food thereby keeping bacteria from growing on the food as it decays. Jim Talmadge was the CD and designer on the project.
